Standard game

The standard game is played on Thursdays from about 8pm until 12 or later.
It moves between the main locations of Chris's in Edenfield and Simon & Fred's in Tottington with occasional forays elsewhere.
Variations played are Hold'Em, Omaha, Omaha Hi-Lo 8, 7 stud, 7stud Hi-Lo 8, Deuce to Seven Lowball (Single) Draw, and London Lowball Stud (A-6)
Players choose a game from the list and then we play 20 minutes of every game chosen.
The buy-in is standardised at 5 quid (you can buy-in for £10 if the average stack size is over £10) but you can rebuy any time your stack drops below 2.50, as often as required.
Stakes are no-limit for Hold'Em and Deuce to Seven and pot-limit for Omaha, with 10p and 20p blinds. The stud games are pot-limit and have a dealer 'sweetener' dead blind to start the pot then high/low man (depending on the game) brings it in for between 20p and 50p
Both Chris and Stuart have some good quality chips so as long as the banker has some change, you don't need any.
You can depend on a cup of tea or coffee but bring-your-own anything else.
Smoking permitted - several (if not most) of the players do.

Extra games

Extra games are generally held on Sundays and Bank Holidays and may be in the daytime rather than the evening.
They may be in the same locations as the standard game or elsewhere, eg Stuart's.
These games are usually feature one or two variaties of poker only and may be fixed limit, pot limit or no-limit
Buy-ins and stakes may be - often are - higher in the extra games.
Some extra games may use a tournament structure instead of the usual ring game.

Also - proposed fixed limit game

We are looking to start a semi-regular fixed limit game using the same dealer's choice method for the standard game.
Variations would be Hold'Em, Omaha, Omaha Hi-Lo 8, 7 stud, 7stud Hi-Lo 8, Deuce to Seven Triple Draw Lowball, Razz, and Ace to Five Single Draw Lowball
